Quality Coffee.


The Coffee of Cauca is a 100% Arabica soft coffee, grown mostly in small plots they are collected and processed on the same farms selectively, adhering to protocols and quality standards promoted by the National Federation of Coffee Growers. Due to its location in Colombia and the particular characteristics of the production area of the Coffee of Cauca, this Coffee has sensory and quality attributes in particular cups.

The average and median height are 1,758 and 1,781 meters respectively, very close figures that highlight this consistency of the region in terms of height. Also, the ranges of precipitation (average 2,069, medium 2,170 millimeters of rain) dew points (12,5 and 12,3 degrees) or its soils of volcanic origin are some of the variables that show such homogeneity, and that allow to obtain a very balanced drink.

The Coffee of Cauca is consequently unique; It is a coffee with fragrance , escence very strong and caramelized, which in cup presents high acidity, medium body, global impression balanced, clean, soft with some sweet and floral notes.
